服務條款
一、服務內容
本服務協助你把一支短影片，依你設定的品牌規則產生各社群平台的文案， 並在你指定的時間發布到你自己授權的帳號。 目前支援 Facebook 粉絲專頁、Instagram、Threads、YouTube Shorts、TikTok 與 Bluesky。
任何人都可以註冊使用。每個帳號的資料互相隔離，你只看得到、也只能操作自己的內容。
二、你的帳號
- 登入由第三方服務 Clerk 處理，本服務不保管你的密碼。
- 請自行維護帳號安全，並為經由你的帳號發生的所有操作負責。
- 我們得在合理必要時暫停或終止違反本條款的帳號。
三、你的內容
- 你上傳的影片、文字與圖片著作權仍屬於你，本服務不主張任何權利。
- 你授權本服務為了提供功能而處理這些內容——包括傳送給 AI 服務商產生逐字稿與文案，以及傳送給你授權的社群平台完成發布。詳見隱私權政策。
- 你保證擁有上傳內容的必要權利，且內容不侵害他人的著作權、商標、肖像權或隱私。
四、社群平台授權
- 你必須自行完成各平台的授權，本服務才能代你發布。
- 發布行為視同你本人所發布，你仍須遵守各平台自己的社群規範與服務條款。
- 你可以隨時在「帳號串接」解除任一平台，或到該平台的設定中撤銷授權。解除後本服務會刪除該平台的存取權杖。
- 平台可能隨時變更其 API、政策或審核結果，導致部分功能暫時或永久無法使用。這不在本服務可控制的範圍內。
YouTube：本服務的 YouTube 發布功能使用 YouTube API Services。使用該功能即表示你同意 YouTube 服務條款， 並知悉 Google 隱私權政策 說明了 Google 如何處理你的資料。你可以隨時到 https://myaccount.google.com/permissions 撤銷本服務對你 Google 帳戶的存取權。本服務向 Google 取得的權限、用途與撤銷方式，詳見 隱私權政策的「Google／YouTube 相關說明」。
五、AI 產生的內容
文案由 AI 依你的品牌設定產生，可能不準確、不完整或不適合直接發布。 發布前請自行檢視與修改。你要為最終發布的內容負完全責任。
六、使用限制
不得將本服務用於下列用途：
- 發布違法、詐騙、仇恨、騷擾或侵害他人權利的內容。
- 大量產生垃圾訊息，或以自動化方式規避各平台的發布頻率限制。
- 代替你未獲授權的第三方帳號發文。
- 嘗試取得其他使用者的資料，或干擾服務的正常運作。
為控制成本並避免濫用，本服務設有每日 AI 使用次數與請求頻率上限。
七、服務可用性
本服務依「現狀」提供，不保證不中斷、無錯誤，也不保證發布必定成功—— 平台端的審核、限流或故障都可能導致發布失敗。 建議你自行保留原始素材。
八、責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，對於使用本服務所生的間接、附帶或衍生損害 （包括但不限於營業損失、資料遺失、平台帳號受限），我們不負賠償責任。
九、終止
你可以隨時停止使用，並在「帳號與資料」刪除全部資料。 刪除後我們會清除你的內容與所有社群平台存取權杖； 已發布到平台上的貼文不會被刪除，需要的話請自行到各平台處理。
十、條款變更
本條款如有修改，將更新本頁面的「最後更新」日期。繼續使用即視為接受修改後的條款。
Terms of Service (English)
1. The service
This service turns a short video into platform-specific captions based on your brand settings, and publishes it at a scheduled time to accounts you have personally authorised — Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Bluesky. Anyone may register; each account's data is isolated and you can only see and act on your own content.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to the videos, text and images you upload. You grant us permission to process them solely to provide the service: sending audio and transcripts to AI providers to generate captions, and sending your media and captions to the platforms you authorised. You confirm you hold the necessary rights to everything you upload.
3. Platform authorisation
Anything published through this service is treated as published by you, and remains subject to each platform's own community guidelines and terms. You may disconnect any platform at any time from the Connections page; the stored access token is deleted immediately. Platforms may change their APIs or policies at any time, which is outside our control.
YouTube: the YouTube publishing feature uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke this service's access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. AI-generated content
Captions are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for publication. Review them before publishing. You are fully responsible for what you publish.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use this service to publish unlawful, fraudulent, hateful or infringing content, to generate spam, to circumvent platform rate limits, or to post on behalf of accounts you are not authorised to operate. Daily AI usage limits and request rate limits apply.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Publishing may fail due to platform-side moderation, rate limiting or outages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
